Another… and More To Come

Hey Everyone,

That’s right, we’re on a hiring kick again!!

I was going to batch the new announces together but I wanted to call this out. We started working with the wonderful Luke Peek on a project called Lost Words, with a mutual friend. Instantly we hit it off with him and were impressed with his work, he then came on board part-time as a contractor to get Battletoads done, but it wasn’t until we got him to 5 days a week on Illusion Island that we could really start working on him to join us. None of us really believed it would ever happen but we are all beyond overjoyed to say that Luke is now our official, full-time Dlalan, Lead Technical Artist.

I would say welcome to the team Luke, but you’ve always been a part of it!

As Dlala’s founder and CEO, Aj focuses on the creative and strategic direction of the studio and all products we create and/or contribute to. Aj leads the business development and also managers the design, art and audio departments of the studio. Previously, he worked for companies such as Jagex and Bossa Studios, in roles such as Lead Client Developer and Game Content Developer. Aj founded Dlala in 2012 and has never looked back.
